Norske Redningshunder

Saturday 26. February marks the day that the Norske redningshunder (NRH) – Norwegian rescue dogs – was founded back in 1956. NRH is working to find missing people with the help of their dogs. The celebration on this day is part of marking the ´year of volunteering´ in 2022.

On the square in Kirkenes you will have the opportunity to meet the qualified rescue dogs: Riika, Signe and Freke and their handlers. In addition you can also meet some nice recruits. You will be able to get more information about our work locally and the opportunity to see the dogs at work! There will be a bonfire and coffee too!
