First names announced!

Our first programme release is out! The Barents Spektakel festival is approaching quickly – on February 23 to 27, Kirkenes and our Russian satellite cities will be transformed when the spectacle takes over the streets, urban spaces and various rooms with exhibitions, performances, debates, seminars and a festival bar!
