The Mother Question Mark

This year, Barents Spektakel will raise many questions – the festival will repeat old ones, and put forward new ones! Will we get the answers we are looking for? Or is this a challenge that will only continue? Nevertheless, we celebrate curiosity and will invite our festival audience to join us in making some noise about it! 

‘The Mother Question Mark’ – an installation for enlightenment and reflection – will open this process at 18:00 on the opening night! Located at the end of the pedestrian street in Kirkenes, you can come to her throughout the festival to ask your questions. Will you get an answer? Or will one question only lead to another?
